HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Custom decorated items cannot be returned. We want you to be happy with your purchase so if there is a problem with your order being defective or the wrong custom decoration you may return an item within 10 business days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Before returning a product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your product is eligible for return and receive an RA#. Products sent back to us without an RA# will not be credited back to your account so please contact before returning any products.

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?
You will receive return instructions once you have submitted for and received an RA#.
WHEN/HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
In most cases a defective product or a product with wrong imprint will be replaced with a corrected product. If a refund is required payment will be returned in the same manner that payment was made within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
